Job Summary
Als Receptionist bist du verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben:
Begrüßung und Betreuung von externen und internen Gästen
Ansprechpartner unsere Mitarbeiter des Logistikzentrums
Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs
Unterstützung für Sonderprojekte sowie einmalige Aktionen
Koordinierung von Posteingang sowie ausgang sowie Materialbestellungen
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Meetings
Zuverlässige Weiterleitung aller relevanten Informationen
Zeitnahe Erledigung aller administrativen Aufgaben im Front Office Bereich
Organisation des Swags-Lager inkl. Bestellung Ausgabe Inventur
Die Stelle ist auf 1 Jahr befristet.
- fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
- Schichtflexibilität einschließlich Wochenenden und ggf. Nachtarbeit
- Computerkenntnisse einschließlich Umgang mit MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kontaktstärke
- Ziel- und serviceorientierter Denk- und Arbeitsstil
- Erfahrung in Bürotätigkeiten
