This is a high-visibility role responsible for architecting and executing our U.S. market growth engine across healthcare systems health-tech digital transformation EHR ERP Implementation Managed and enterprise IT services. You will operate as a strategic growth partner to sales and executive leadership owning market positioning demand generation and revenue-aligned marketing execution.
Your mission is simple:
Drive measurable pipeline growth in the U.S. healthcare IT market.
You will define how Virtelligence shows up to U.S. buyers CIOs CMIOs revenue cycle leaders digital transformation executives and ensure our marketing investments directly support sales velocity and revenue expansion.
What You Will Lead
Market Expansion & GTM Architecture
- Design and execute U.S.-focused go-to-market strategies
- Refine messaging for healthcare systems payers and enterprise buyers
- Align marketing initiatives directly to revenue and quota goals
- Identify new vertical and solution-led growth opportunities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration
- Own integrated campaigns across LinkedIn email paid media webinars ABM and events
- Build conversion-focused nurturing flows that move prospects from awareness to opportunity
- Partner with sales leadership to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion
- Measure marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline
Sales & Revenue Enablement
- Equip sales teams with compelling U.S.-market collateral
- Develop solution positioning for AI EHR optimization interoperability RCM and digital transformation services
- Support strategic pursuits and enterprise deal positioning
Thought Leadership & Brand Authority
- Establish Virtelligence as a credible voice in U.S. healthcare IT
- Shape executive messaging aligned to emerging trends (AI adoption data governance interoperability cloud modernization)
- Develop executive-facing content that resonates with decision-makers
Performance & Optimization
- Track campaign ROI CAC pipeline velocity and conversion metrics
- Continuously refine messaging targeting and channel mix
- Deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership
What You Bring
- 610 years of B2B marketing experience targeting U.S. markets
- Strong exposure to healthcare IT SaaS enterprise software or consulting services
- Proven ability to drive measurable revenue pipeline
- Experience collaborating with U.S.-based sales leadership
- Strong understanding of ABM LinkedIn strategy marketing automation and performance analytics
- Executive-level communication skills tailored to U.S. buyers
- Comfort working in U.S.-aligned hours
