Qualifications
A degree in Mathematics Statistics Business Finance Human Resources Social Studies or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years in business strategy planning agile organization transformation and/or change management initiatives experiences either in consulting or corporate role
Good knowledge in organization transformation projects and HR domains with growth mindset
Self-motivated achiever with a value for integrity client-focus teamwork respect and excellence
Analytical mindset entrepreneurial spirit and effective time management in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable to the challenges and changing needs from the role and work environment
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels internally and externally
