The Role
This is ahigh-energy front desk position. You are the first person clients interact with and the one who helps keep the clinic running smoothly.
You will:
Answer incoming calls and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
Welcome clients as they arrive and guide them through check-in
Manage a busy appointment schedule and adjust when things change
Process payments and ensure billing details are accurate
Keep the front desk organized and running efficiently
