The role designed for you

As a Transformation Manager you will play a crucial role in guiding organizations through change ensuring that they adapt to new market conditions technologies and business models. This position is essential for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization ultimately driving growth and success in a competitive landscape.

In this role you will respond directly to the Managing Director Fabriano Business and you will be responsible for facilitating organizational change ensuring that business process and strategy align with the business goals. You will boost the continuous improvement with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sustainable process optimization.

What you will do:

Change Management: Provide expertise in recommending and facilitating organizational business and process changes throughout the enterprise using appropriate change management tools and techniques.
Strategic Planning: Identify areas of needed change and develop comprehensive transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure that transformation initiatives are on schedule and meet the desired outcomes.
Process Improvement: Continually look for opportunities to innovate and improve processes ensuring alignment and standardization across the organization.
Leadership: Provide effective leadership and management of continuous improvement disciplines guiding project teams and driving collaboration and productivity.
Performance Measurement: Measure the success of transformation initiatives and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a Transformation Manager or in a similar role with a strong understanding of business strategy and operational efficiency.

Degree in Engineering Economics.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Leadership and team management skills are required.
Very strong appetite for Process improvements and Customer satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making.
Experience in Lean projects and process improvement.
Strong data analysis and KPI management skills.
Ability to work with targets and manage priorities autonomously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management and ability for end-to-end project management.
Knowledge of the paper industry will be considered a plus.
Fluent knowledge of English and Italian.
