Job Summary
The exciting opportunity
- Join the team at our homely 45 bed Menaville aged care facility in Rockdale
- Permanent part time role working predominantly mornings and afternoon shifts and the option to pick up extra shifts to cover leave
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home environment
- Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents care
- Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic person-centred care

What youll need to succeed
- Proven track record as a Personal Care Worker in residential aged care
- Flexible reliable and available to work a variety of shifts
- Personable respectful and with strong communication and customer service skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Unlimited working rights in Australia is essential (sponsorship is not available)
