Mechanical Field Service Technician

BHS Corrugated is the worlds leading provider of corrugating technology and were growing our Field Service team.
We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Field Service Technician who thrives in industrial environments enjoys solving complex mechanical challenges and wants to work on world-class machinery across North America.

What Youll Do
Install commission and service corrugating equipment at customer facilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades
Lead or assist in rebuilds and retrofits of high-speed production equipment
Read and interpret mechanical drawings schematics and layouts
Work directly with customer maintenance and production teams
Provide technical support and training when needed
Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Travel will be required up to 80100% including short-notice travel.
What Were Looking For
3 years of industrial mechanical experience (manufacturing packaging paper corrugated printing or heavy equipment preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems
Experience with hydraulics pneumatics gearboxes bearings belts drives and alignment
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics
Comfortable working independently at customer sites
Strong communication skills and professional customer presence
Valid drivers license and passport (or ability to obtain)
Corrugated industry experience is a major plus.
