Job Summary

The Printpack Rigid team is seeking candidates to fill a Quality Inspector Role in our Williamsburg Facility reporting to the Quality Lead on 1st shift. The Quality Inspectors main responsibility is to inspect pack and label product.

Hourly pay rate- $17.20
Shift- 7am to 3pm
Additional $2.50 an hour when working from 7pm to 7am

Main Responsibilities:

Support safety initiatives.
Model Printpacks Core Values ( pack and label products
Visually detect small defects and classify them according to standard defects
Support 5S/ Lean Manufacturing/ PPS initiatives

Required Qualifications

Ability to work weekends & Holidays if necessary
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. assisted

Problem Solving skills
Reading comprehension
Ability to use computers (Microsoft Word Excel email)

Physical Requirements

Required to wear hearing protection safety glasses hairnet uniform and steel toed shoes
Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Bending lifting repetitive motion walking and squatting
