We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to:

Join our UW Health dermatologists and advanced practice providers who diagnose and treat diseases of the skin hair nails and mucous membranes in a fast-paced clinic.
Partner closely with the RN team.
Give injections provide patient education wound care and work on messages.
Be a part of a positive and patient-centered team.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required

Work Experience

1 year of experience as an LPN Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure Required
CPR/BLS certification Required
