Job Description:
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking versatile and dependable Field Nurses to provide high-quality care to patients in the home health setting. Field Nurses are a critical part of our agency and must have prior experience working in home health.
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
Experience working in a home care agency.
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills.
Job Duties:
Complete patient care duties according to the patients plan of care.
Reevaluate and adjust care as necessary.
Work scheduled shifts to perform patient duties.
Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety.
Provide skilled care services as applicable.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
