Dans le cadre de ses fonctions on sattendra à ce que lInstructeur de vol I effectue ce qui suit :

• Dispenser aux étudiants des instructions de vol de haute qualité sur simulateur et au sol conformément aux normes de formation et aux normes de sécurité de la CAE Oxford Aviation Academy et aux règlements en vigueur des autorités aéronautiques.
• Veiller à ce que les normes du cours les exigences en matière de formation soient respectées et à ce que les objectifs soient atteints par chaque étudiant.
• Former les étudiants en plaçant laccent sur une attitude et un comportement professionnels en plus dexcellentes connaissances théoriques et pratiques en matière de vol. Par conséquent lenseignement par lexemple est une responsabilité très importante pour linstructeur de vol.

Les responsabilités comprendront mais ne seront pas limitées à :

• Instruire les étudiants à laide de formations pratiques et sur simulateur en respectant strictement les normes de formation et de sécurité les normes de qualité et/ou les autres directives en vigueur de lentreprise.
• Surveiller planifier et aider les étudiants afin de leur permettre de réaliser des progrès satisfaisants durant le cours et de respecter les délais établis.
• Faire des rapports en temps opportun et de façon proactive et prendre des mesures afin de prévenir les retards et les progrès non satisfaisants.
• Promouvoir un comportement sûr à tout moment et se conformer au système de gestion de la sécurité en termes de comportement et dexécution.
• Veiller à ce que lensemble des étudiants comprennent et pratiquent tous les aspects du système interne de gestion de la sécurité.
• Remplir en temps opportun et de façon exacte toutes les données administratives et les registres concernant les étudiants et les vols y compris la planification des examens.
• Enseigner par lexemple en adoptant une exemplaire face aux étudiants de sorte à promouvoir un comportement professionnel discipliné et sûr.
• Surveiller létat technique et interne et la propreté de lensemble de laéronef et faire rapport des écarts aux personnes responsables.
• Participer aux réunions administratives sur la normalisation et le perfectionnement des instructeurs et à la formation interne.
• Participer aux journées portes ouvertes et aux salons professionnels tel que requis.
• Déterminer et mettre en place des améliorations pour linstruction pratique et les normes de formation et collaborer avec les personnes responsables afin daméliorer de façon constante les niveaux de sécurité et de qualité.

Qualifications

• Grade dassocié ou diplôme détudes collégiales.
• De 1 à 2 ans dexpérience pertinente au minimum.
• Licence de pilote professionnel en vigueur.
• Instructeur de vol certifié de la Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
• Certificat médical de classe 2 avec privilèges commerciaux.
• Aucun accident daviation ni aucune condamnation pour violation en matière daviation.
• Une qualification dinstructeur de vol constitue un atout.
• Une expérience de formateur ou denseignant constitue un atout.
• Capacité à bien travailler dans un environnement très structuré.
• Esprit déquipe et axé sur les résultats.
• Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite.
• Capacité à travailler de façon indépendante et avec une supervision minimale.
• Connaissance de MS Word et MS Outlook.
• Maîtrise de langlais et xxx.

In this role the Aircraft Flight Instructor I will be expected to:

• Deliver high quality flight simulator and ground instruction to students in compliance with the CAE Oxford Aviation Academy training standards and safety standards and applicable aviation authority regulations.
• Ensure that course standards training requirements and objectives are met by each student.
• Train students with a strong focus on professional behavior and attitude besides strong theoretical and practical knowledge of flying. Therefore teaching by example is a very important responsibility for the flight instructor.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Instruct students in practical and simulator training strictly adhering to the applicable training and safety standards quality standards and/or other company directives.
• Monitor plan and assist students to enable satisfactory progress through the course and stay within established timelines; timely and pro-active reporting and action to prevent delays and unsatisfactory progress.
• Promote safe behavior at all times and comply in behavior and execution with the safety management system.
• Ensure all students understand and practice all aspects of the internal safety management system.
• Complete in a timely and accurate manner all student and flight related administration and records including planning for examinations.
• Teach by example by behaving as an exemplary role model to students promoting professional disciplined and safe behavior.
• Monitor technical and internal status and cleanliness of all the aircraft concerned and report discrepancies to the responsible people.
• Attend administrative standardization and instructor development meetings and in-service training.
• Attend open days and trade shows as requested.
• Identify and initiate improvements for practical instruction and training standards and work with responsible people to constantly improve safety and quality levels.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or college degree.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Current commercial pilot license.
• Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Flight Instructor (CFI).
• 2nd class medical with commercial privileges.
• No aircraft accident or aviation violation convictions.
• Flight instructor qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience as trainer or teacher is an advantage.
• Ability to work well in a highly structured environment.
• Team & results oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook.
• Fluency in English and xxx.
