As a Sr. Specialist of Data Engineering - Intelligence Platform reporting to Assistant Vice President of Product Management youll play a critical role in building best-in-class data architectures that power next-generation analytics and AI-driven insights for Financial Market Infrastructures and global banks. You will design scalable data systems develop robust data models and collaborate across teams to transform complex data into intelligent actionable structures.

- Design and implement data models ensuring quality consistency and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Build and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources supporting regulatory reporting customer analytics and research initiatives.
- Partner with engineering andanalytics teams across the organization to deliver scalable data solutions and platform requirements.
- Develop advanced analytics capabilities across financial assets and markets leveraging deep domain expertise.
- Document data models ETL processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in data engineering analytics engineering or related technical roles.
- Strong proficiency with dbt and Apache Spark for data transformation and processing.
- Advanced programming skills in Pythonwithexperience building production-grade data systems.
- Proven data modeling expertise including data vault dimensional modeling and warehouse design.
- Strong understanding of data warehouses and columnar databases such asRedshift orDatabricks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across global matrixed teams.
- Experience with AWS technologies including S3 Redshift and RDS.
- Familiarity withorchestration tools such as Airflow Prefect or Dagster.
- Exposure to data governance platformslike Monte Carlo or Atlan.
- Knowledge of big data technologies including Hadoop Kafka Delta Lake or Iceberg.
- Experience working with trading data or systems such as Calypso.
This position will be located in Philidelpha PA and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
