Are you ready to lead from the front Were looking for a Restoration Supervisor who knows the trade and knows how to run a crew. This isnt a clipboard only jobyoure the one making sure the work is done right the documentation is perfect and the customer is taken care of. What Youll Actually Be Doing

You are the main point of contact for our technicians. Youll set clear expectations supervise their work and coach them to get better every day.
Youll coordinate and perform the actual restoration work while keeping an eye on quality control for the whole team.
Youll manage the customers concerns on-site and make sure they feel supported throughout the project.
Youll handle the project files photos and notes to prove the work was done to industry standards.
Youre responsible for the labor equipment and supplies on your assigned jobs plus making sure the trucks stay mission-ready.
Youll verify that all safety protocols are followed so the crew goes home safe every night.

What You Need to Bring

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in restoration cleaning or construction.
A valid drivers license and a clean driving record are non-negotiable.
You can communicate clearly with your team and keep a project moving when things get complicated.
IICRC certifications are a big plus but well look at your field experience first.

The Reality of the Role

Youll be lifting 50 lbs. climbing ladders and working in tight spots like crawl spaces and attics.
Youll be working around cleaning agents and in environments that can be loud messy or tough.
This is an emergency business. Youll be part of a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends when our customers need us most.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a background check.
Must be able to lead a team and maintain a professional attitude under pressure.
