Job Summary
Job Description:
BASIC FUNCTION: Receives and relays incoming outgoing and intra-system telephone calls.
UNUSUAL WORK CONDITIONS:

EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent related experience.
EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Supplying telephone information such as hours of operation address and street location
Relaying information regarding closing of the university due to weather emergencies etc.
Taking messages by obtaining callers name and purpose of call
Interacting diplomatically with callers in providing services.
