Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: Machine Operator (onsite contract with possible extension)
- Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (no weekends overtime on a volunteer basis)
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for up to 2-hour increments
- Perform repetitive movements
- Wear required PPE
- Core Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor multiple machines per documented procedures
- Perform daily machine start-up operation and changeover tasks
- Record data process checks and maintain accurate documentation/logbooks
- Follow all company and department SOPs (including GMP safety and device history record requirements)
- Assist with preventative maintenance and material handling
- Maintain clean and orderly work area
- Ensure segregation of materials and proper lot/receiving number tracking
- Accept accountability for product quality; report unresolved issues to supervisor/management
- Tools/Equipment Used: Manufacturing machinery pallet jack
- Reporting Structure: Reports to Manufacturing Supervisor
