OverviewThis individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Basic Math Skills Time Management Skills Great interpersonal skills Working Conditions Mental and Physical Requirements: Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven grill chopper slicer blender mixer and steamer Also able to push pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
