Job Summary
Heres What You Need
Nursing Diploma required OR
Associates Degree Nursing required OR
Bachelors Degree Nursing preferred
CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign equivalency required
1 year experience as a Registered Nurse required
Previous Pre/Post Op Cath Lab experience preferred
RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required AND
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required AND
ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required

Texas Health Heart & Vascular Hospital is an independently licensed hospital located on the campus of Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital. We are a 47-bed facility including a 20 bed Cardiovascular ICU and a 27-bed cardiac telemetry unit.
Texas Health Heart & Vascular Hospital is accredited for Chest Pain through The Joint Commission. We have achieved AHAs Gold Plus award for three years in a row plus AHAs Gold Plus award for Heart Failure.
We specialize in CABG and Valve surgeries thoracotomies general cardiac including heart failure cardiomyopathies AMI TAVR Impella and heart catheterizations including angioplasty stenting and electrophysiology studies. Work hours: PRN 3 shifts/6 week schedule period; Day Shift 6:00am 6:30pm no call and no weekends
