Job Summary/Description:
KMVT is looking to hire a part-time Technical Media Producer. The person in this position will work in KMVTs state of the art control center and will be responsible for directing live and prerecorded productions as well as processing content for three television stations and . The successful candidate must have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Operate Ross equipment (including cameras and audio console) Nverzion automation Photoshop software Edius video editing software and other supporting equipment in the KMVT control center
- Occasional Operation of the studio teleprompter
- Regular care and maintenance of equipment and studio
- Work closely with other departments to meet daily demands as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong initiative and attention to detail
- Ability to remain positive and foster a positive work environment
- This position requires the flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Regular and reasonable work attendance is required
