About the Job:
The Supervisor CT Scan/Nuclear Medicine supports the daily operations of the CT Scan and Nuclear Medicine departments while performing a full range of CT imaging procedures. This role blends hands-on clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities ensuring high-quality imaging regulatory compliance efficient workflows and a supportive environment for both patients and staff.
What Youll Do:
- Perform CT examsincluding trauma orthopedic fluoroscopic contrast and invasive proceduresaccording to departmental protocols.
- Review patient medical information reconcile orders and complete required documentation consents and questionnaires.
- Inspect all images for quality and accuracy ensuring proper documentation and timely presentation to Radiologists.
- Assist Radiologists with invasive procedures and prepare/administer IV oral and rectal contrast per protocol.
- Oversee daily operations of CT and Nuclear Medicine including staffing scheduling supply management and equipment service coordination.
- Prepare and maintain annual budgets variance reports QC documentation and ACR accreditation materials.
- Conduct annual performance reviews lead regular staff meetings and ensure technologists are trained and competent on all relevant equipment.
- Orient and train new employees and complete payroll accurately using Kronos.
- Respond to staff and patient inquiries or concerns with professionalism compassion and timely resolution.
- Uphold HIPAA standards maintain patient confidentiality and ensure safe patient handling practices.

- Proficient with RIS PACS and related imaging systems with a commitment to safety compliance and continuous improvement.
