This position will begin as a temporary assignment through our partnered employment agency. Based on performance and business needs there is potential for the role to transition into a regular Hale employee position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for kitting of materials for individual work centers within the modules department:
- Panels
- Pump build
- Body Drop
- Module Final
- Finish bay
- Responsible for ensuring designated staging and kitting areas remain stocked organized and is supportive of designated lanes production flow.
- Supports inventory accuracy.
- Communicates shortages timely and accurately to leadership
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation to include module stocking locations
- Conducts inventory review specifically but not limited to in month inventory requirements:
- Sizemore
- Body Panels frame rails running boards etc..
- Pumps
- Manifolds
- All other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Ability to keep area of responsibilities clean and orderly.
- Ability to interact with team members/leadership affectively in a manner that provides supportive clear and accurate information.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Forklift experience desired but not required for hire. This skill will need to be obtained for this position within 90 days of hire.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to stand walk and perform assembly by climbing up and down on ladders. The employee must have the ability to sit balance and stoop kneel crouch or lay down to complete tasks. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds individually and over 50 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus to read BOMs work orders and shop orders. May be exposed to various workplace hazards including but not limited to chemicals machinery and noise. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
