OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The Program Coordinator plays a key leadership role in advancing high-quality client-centered services within the Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP) and Strong Beginnings Program. This position provides day-to-day oversight supports and develops staff and helps ensure programs operate efficiently compliantly and with measurable impact.
In this role you will blend leadership with direct community engagementguiding team members supporting families during critical stages of pregnancy and early childhood and strengthening partnerships that enhance outcomes for mothers and infants. The Program Coordinator ensures services remain responsive to community needs while meeting all program regulatory and organizational standards.
This is a full-time benefit-eligible position typically working MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. primarily onsite at our Westside Health Center with community-based engagement as needed.

EXPERIENCE:
Three to five years of supervisory or management experience in a medical or behavioral health clinic or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job listed above.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Possible exposure to patients/clients with illnesses and/or infections. Frequent telephone and computer use requiring manual dexterity for writing and computer use. Sitting standing or walking for extended periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision distance vision and ability to adjust focus. May require bending squatting or kneeling and lifting to 50 pounds. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Must adhere to the organizational Policies Procedures Code of Ethics and all licensing and accreditation standards of the position and program. Must represent the organizations Mission in all actions and communications.
