Job Summary
Red McCombs Ford is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead a sales team and help take our dealership to the next level.
This is an opportunity to join the Number One Ford Dealership in San Antonio and South Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Train Hire and Motivate sales team
- Meet daily/monthly sales targets to achieve market leadership
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Keep vehicle lot clean and organized
- Collaborate with F&I and other departments to maximize profitability
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
