Performs repairs and service calls on production equipment Preventive
Maintenance on facility & Production Equipment electrical systems.

SHIFT DETAILS

Working Shift: Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm

Training Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Always complies with company safety rules during working hours and ensure the safety of himself/herself and others at his/her operating station.

Responsible in keeping equipment and work area in a clean and orderly fashion.

Works in a professional manner punctual and highly dependable.

Takes preventive measures identifying addressing or reporting issues that can lead to unwarranted downtime.

Takes corrective action to ensure repairs are correct the first time.

Participates in scheduled team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Works Overtime when Required for urgent repairs and special projects.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma.

Trade School

Experience with Industrial Electronics & Controls.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Position requires individuals with proven electrical aptitude. Must have ability to:

Read voltmeter and other related precision tools.

LOTO procedures

Read and follow written instructions.

Communicate effectively to receive and pass on information and instruction.

Troubleshoot basic line problems.

Continuously pay attention to details.

Read and interpret electrical schematics.

Fulfill simple computer tasks.

Work within a Team structure.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Previous experience in an industrial / commercial setting.

Position requires individuals to have the ability to:

Lift 50 pounds from floor to chest.

Capable of working with voltages 240V 480V 575V single and three phase.

Exert 25 pounds of force with cable cutters.

Visually inspect quality of product.

Use handheld tools and measuring devices.
