Job Summary
The Clinical Skills Educator will be a faculty member in the School of Medicine providing 20% effort within the Deans Office under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education. The educator will also continue as a faculty member in his/her primary academic department (up to 80% effort) with duties established by the Department Head. The primary responsibility of this educator in this role will be to participate in clinical skills teaching in the pre-clerkship and clerkship phases of the curriculum. The educator will also participate in curriculum committees and UME Office initiatives in continuous quality improvement efforts for the curriculum.
