We serve the residents of Hamilton County in more ways than you may realize!As a Seasonal Groundskeeping Laborer you will play an important role in maintaining the appearance safety and overall condition of Paycor Stadiums grounds and surrounding areas. This position supports daily operations and major events by assisting with landscaping mowing trimming debris removal field and plaza preparation and general exterior upkeep. You will work alongside the maintenance and operations team to help ensure the stadium remains clean attractive and event-ready throughout the season.

Summary of Job Duties:

Assist with maintenance of stadium grounds including mowing edging watering planting mulching pruning and weed removal
Perform snow and ice removal from sidewalks driveways and parking areas; apply salt as needed
Maintain lawns trees shrubs flower beds and landscaped areas to ensure safe and attractive outdoor spaces
Operate light and heavy equipment including mowers tractors snow blowers chain saws edgers dump trucks and various hand tools
Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on grounds equipment and tools
Assist with semi-skilled maintenance tasks including light bulb replacement artificial turf care and minor structure repairs
Maintain sidewalks parking lots planters fences benches and other exterior features
Transport tools and materials to and from job sites; ensure tools are stored properly after use
Gather and remove litter and debris from grounds and surrounding areas
Perform manual labor for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Follow established safety procedures and demonstrate regular reliable attendance
Assist co-workers and support team operations as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License (issued by state of residency)
High School Diploma or GED and six (6) months experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance; demonstrable ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor over extended periods of time and under adverse weather conditions.
HAZARDOUS / WORKING CONDITIONS: Possible exposure to chemicals fumes and unpleasant smells.

40 Hour Work Week generally between core hours of 7:00-4:00
