Job Summary
Float Staff (Teacher / Assistant Teacher / Aide)
Full-Time or Part-Time Available Ages 6 Weeks6 Years

Our Resource (Float) Teachers support all classrooms by covering lunch breaks vacations and assisting across age groups. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.
Our owner and leadership team are on-site daily from 7:00 AM 6:00 PM to support our faculty.
What Our Team Does:
Implement engaging lesson plans
Support childrens individual needs
Communicate with families
Create nurturing developmentally appropriate environments
Foster social-emotional growth
Participate in ongoing training
Qualifications:
We are hiring at all levels:
Teacher: AA/CDA 2 years experience OR Bachelors in ECE (or related) 1 year experience
Assistant Teacher: 12 ECE credits or Bachelors degree; experience preferred
Aide: High school diploma/GED; experience preferred
Must be 18 years old.
