Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Night Shifts 48 Hours 21 per hour

What Youll Need

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
Recent experience working in a nursing home
Experience supporting older adults and residents with dementia
Confidence managing a shift independently

What Youll Do

Lead and manage the night shift as the Nurse in Charge
Deliver and oversee clinical care for residents with nursing and dementia needs
Administer medication and complete accurate clinical documentation
Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to changes in condition
Support and supervise care staff on shift
Maintain compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
