Wellbeing Progress Mentor

FTE: 0.810811 (37 hours per week 36 weeks per year)

Salary:24990.82 per annum (30822 pro rata per annum)

MAIN PURPOSE OF POST

You will play a proactive role in supporting students mental well-being and academic success. You will deliver impactful 1:1 sessions group workshops and resilience-building coursescovering everything from anxiety management to mindfulnesswhile collaborating with the College Nurse and counseling team to provide holistic wraparound care. Beyond direct support you will act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead coordinate with external agencies and lead creative campus-wide mental health events.
