We are looking for apart-time Front Desk Customer Care Coordinatorwho enjoys a busy clinic environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.
Wednesday Thursday Friday
9:00 AM 5:00 PM
$23 per hour
This position supports the daily operations of our clinic front desk.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones and assisting clients with appointments and questions
Greeting clients and managing check-in
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the clinic team with general administrative tasks
Friendly polished and professional with clients
Highly organized and detail oriented
Comfortable managing phones scheduling and client interactions
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience in a clinic or healthcare environment is an asset
