Chickering Elementary School is seeking a long-term substitute Registered Behavior Technicians to work with students across grades Pre K to Grade 3. RBTs implement the principles of ABA throughout the day and are expected to lead academic small groups run discrete trial instruction sessions provide support to build social and emotional skills and provide inclusion support. Data collection on student progress as well as behavioral support is also an extremely important aspect of this role. RBTs will receive support and direction from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and special education Collection as instructed. Behavioral support per student plans. To supervise nurture and support students. Facilitate classroom activities in support of students academic social/emotional and behavioral learning needs. Ensure inclusion services and accommodations are consistently provided to students per their disability related needs. Implement and collect data for designated academic learning activities and positive behavior support initiative by collaborating and communicating with staff. Covering for educators as assigned by the administration. Other responsibilities as assigned by the administration.
