Infosys is seeking an Oracle Sales Cloud Lead Consultantwith experience inimplementationmaintenanceand production Oracle Sales CloudLead Consultant you willbe requiredto contribute toproduction support and maintenance anddifferent phasesof theenhancementproject lifecyclefor Oracle CX based sales platform. You will be involved in requirements gathering proposing technicalsolutionsand thereby playan important rolein the developmentconfigurationand deployment of the overall solution. You will also guide teams on project processes and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• Location for this position isSan Ramon CA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

• Minimum 5years of experience in OracleSalesCloud technology
• Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processesandproblem definition.
• Must have in depth functional knowledge in SalesforAutomation(SFA)processes
• Must have worked on configuration of Sales Cloud entities like Account Lead Opportunity Partner relationship Management plan for customization to meet the customer requirements define and set up user roles create lookups set up currencies import data etc.
• Must have experience in implementing Fusion Redwood VBCS
• Mustalso understand the sales processes/technologies and integration of the same with other ERP systems.
• Proven experience in PoC ideation creation and presenting demonstrations to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to performthe roleof aLeadConsultant atonsite and work withoffshoreteam on deliverables.
• Should have done at least3green field implementations with at least oneRedwood implementation.
• Shouldhave experience workinginprojects with Agilemethodologyand experience in handling sprint team in lead capacity.
• Good Analytical and Communication skills
• Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
• Experience anddesireto work in a Global delivery environment
