Aspart ofour dedicated support team you will assist customers from all corners ofthe globe providing round-the-clock assistance through various channels. Were proud ofour ability tocommunicate inmultiple languages enabling ustopromptly address and resolve user issues.
To excel in this role were seeking a passionate and talented Technical Support Engineer who can:
- Respond tocustomer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone email and live chat
- Investigate and troubleshoot client issues related toour products and services ensuring swift resolution.
- Escalate complex problems tothe appropriate team when necessary.
- Document and track customer interactions and problems using our efficient customer relationship management system (CRM).
- Educate customers onthe features and benefits ofour outstanding products and services.
Key requirements for this role:
- Knowledge ofthe basics ofphysics and electrical engineering empowering you tohandle technical queries effectively.
- Intermediate orhigher level ofGerman proficiency.
- Experience incustomer communication ensuring you understand their needs and can provide exceptional support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Jira Confluence etc.) isaplus.
- Adegree intech/engineering isaplus.
