These are conventional communities with 94 total units. This position will offer a competitive hourly wage determined by experience certifications skills and education. This position will require oncall after hours emergency maintenance 24/7.

What You Will Do
The Community Operations Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations maintaining the sites physical condition and appearance and effectively leading the site staff. This role works to ensure profitability quality service marketing and resident relations of the property while maintaining the companys investment. The Community Operations Manager will manage the property office and maintenance responsibilities.
Skills and Requirements
- Leadership and team development
- Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Two years of management experience
Three to four years of property management experience and/or training
General maintenance experience knowledge of safety procedures safety-conscious steady dependable and courteous
Associates or Bachelors degree in any field or industry certifications will be considered
