We are seeking for the Middle East & Africa region a:
Regional Sales Director (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Sales & Marketing responsibility for the full Vossloh portfolio in the region
- Analyze the regional market & competition
- Propose and implement the regional sales strategy in coordination with Corporate Sales and the relevant Business Units
- Maintain and intensify relationships with all regional customers
- Identify prioritize and pursue regional opportunities and cross-selling potential
- Manage opportunities during all phases from early identification qualification and customer consultation to offer preparation submission negotiation receivables management and after sales
- Lead the regional sales force and coordinate local partners (e.g. intermediaries)
Your Profile
- 5 years of experience in sales (ideally in the respective region) or an equivalent role
- Strong domain knowledge in the railway sector - covering products specifications tender processes and lifecycle economics - is essential for this role
- Passion to be close with regional customers and provide them with infrastructure solutions
- Persistence and strong negotiation skills
- High level of initiative and work well in a cross-business unit team environment
- Leadership skills as well as experience in building and developing teams
- Clear and concise communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. customers top management transport ministry representatives)
- Experience with CRM and Power BI Reporting Tools
- Very good English and ideally respective regional language skills (verbal and written)
