岗位职责
- 负责所在区域的销售业绩达成确保短期与长期业务目标落地
- 管理并辅导销售团队销售代表/主管提升团队能力与绩效水平
- 制定并执行区域销售计划跟进医院/医疗体系渠道的业务进展
- 维护重点客户关系推动新客户开发与区域业务增长
- 确保销售活动及团队行为符合公司政策与合规要求
- 跨部门协作支持市场活动及产品策略实施

任职要求
- 本科及以上学历医学护理生命科学市场营销等专业优先
- 68 年一线销售经验具备 23 年以上团队管理经验
- 具备良好的沟通能力团队领导力和跨部门协作能力
- 具备战略思维与强执行力可推动区域销售计划落地
- 具备客户导向责任心及合规意识能适应区域出差
