HERES HOW YOULL CONTRIBUTE:

• Process and administer Insolvency related information onto InsolvencyLink software
• Review and balances payments batches with a high degree of accuracy ensuring set service level agreements and audit requirements are met
• Maintain set service level agreements meet audit requirements set out by clients
• Analyses documentation received from Trustees and actions according to set client processes and guidelines
• Utilize clients proprietary software systems as required
• Build and maintain relationships within the Insolvency industry

HERES WHAT YOULL BRING:

• Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry Collections Litigation or Insolvency
• Passion to Serve Customer focus self-motivated assertive and able to learn quickly
• Demonstrated experience exercising sound judgment when analyzing problems by identifying the severity of the problem and the potential impacts of alternative solutions
• Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interface effectively with a team and the ability to work independently
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong analytical problem solving skills detail oriented
• Excellent time management skills ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously; work in a fast paced environment with exceptional data entry and accuracy
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
• Bilingual (French) language skills would be an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and Internet Explorer)

Total Direct Compensation:

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g. base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances where applicable)
