Inviting applications for the role of Accounts payable accountant - Senior process associate - English - Hybrid Bucharest
You will collaborate inside the company with members of the same team or other teams in order to accomplish the allocated tasks.

Responsibilities
Performing invoice processing primary review against setguidelines.
Investigating and resolving any invoice mismatches in the system or reject/return the invoices as per agreedprocedure;
Invoice postings in ERP and Initiate Supplier Creation/Changes as per agreedprocedure (invoice / credit note adjustments)
Supplier queries management/ Coordination with Vendor Master / Procurement
Accuracy and duplicate audit of data entry andinvoices;
Root cause analysis of errors and dissemination to theTeam;
Proactive controls for avoidance of futureerrors;
Month close reporting and periodic dashboard reporting/ year-end reporting/ ad hocreporting (Opening and closing of ledgers for each standard accounting period);
Vendor statement reconciliations and Manual accountsclearing;
Sending remittance table to suppliers and Chasing vendors for balance confirmation and/or for clarificationsneeded;
Provide information onstatusof Invoices and/ orPayments relevant contact information (fax telephone);
Resolution of suppliers queries major discrepancies vendor clarification with respect to rejectedpayments;
Contact Suppliers (email/phone/fax) resolutionrelated;
Work on aged invoices/ pending issues.

Qualificationsweseekin you!
Minimum qualifications
Accounting experience and relevant similar work experience in the field area
Work experience with an ERP system (advantage)
Relevant work experience in AP related processes

Preferred qualifications
Knowledge on: SAP/ other ERP European GAAP IFRS
University graduate (Economic studies arerequired)
Good understanding ofaccounting
Excellent in both verbal and written communication
Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS excel
