We arelooking for a responsible and alert Security Officer to join our this role you willbe patrolling theproperty monitoring for suspicious activity responding to security incidents and completing detailed reports. You will need strong communication skills pay close attention to detail and have the ability to handle emergencies professionally. Location & Site Specific Information:
Houston Zip Code 77002
You will be located at a residential tower with duties to includeobservingfor any suspicious activity or situationsand report it to management. Maintaining apresence as a visual deterrent and assisting any residents or guests is a core function of this role.
Schedule:
- Friday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Saturday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Total weekly hours 32hours (set schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor grounds to prevent theft trespassing or vandalism.
- Contact emergency personnel as needed.
- Patrol and maintain a security presence.
- Monitor traffic coming onto the property.
- Patrol all designated areas.
- Respond to incidents onsite and submit the appropriate report(s).
