Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Bartender will set up tend and breakdown bars according to standard policies and procedures in a fun and safe manner
- Prepare and mix beverages for guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner according to standards
- Practice prudent portion controls maintain accountability of all beverages
- Maintain proper and adequate set up of the bar
- Maintain inventories up to par
- Must adhere to all state federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests ensuring all laws are followed
- Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
- Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
