ESSENTIAL DUTIES Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Processes all new and used vehicles for registration.
- Maintain and clean schedules.
- Answer customer questions and resolve problems or concerns.
- Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.
- Post ACH deposit daily
- Assists with related special projects as required.
- Prepare and post all wholesales
- Call on past due titles
- Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
- Process all extended warranty and product cancellations.
QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Willingness to take initiative
- Quality writing and grammar skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
- Detailed follow up
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work independently
- Must have a valid TX Drivers License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Title Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
