Schedule: Days Nights Evenings Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation & Incentives
Hourly Rate (based on experience):
09 years: $32.33/hr
1019 years: $40.41/hr
20 years: $48.50/hr
Shift Differentials:
Nights: $3.00/hr
Weekend Days: $3.00/hr
Weekend Nights: $7.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15000 (with 2-year commitment)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $1500
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. This role involves treating patients with conditions ranging from minor injuries to critically ill emergencies. Nurses in this position collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams maintaining composure while prioritizing care based on acuity.

Key Responsibilities
Triage assess and treat patients of all ages
Manage multiple patients simultaneously and prioritize care by acuity
Deliver safe efficient and patient-centered emergency care
Collaborate with patients families and healthcare teams for follow-up planning
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner per organizational standards
Coordinate care across departments while ensuring patient safety
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
BSN or enrollment in a BSN program (Preferred)
Active Virginia RN license or multi-state compact RN license eligible for practice in VA
BLS (American Heart Association) certification
Experience
Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting preferred
Med-Surg nurses may be considered for cross-training (Nights shift only)
