Job Responsibilities:
-Define and track project plans milestones and deliverables.
-Manage daily project activities and ensure the right staffing.
-Lead client stakeholder engagement and conduct weekly governance meetings.
-Manage expectations communication loops and overall client satisfaction.
-Review deliverables before submission to ensure alignment with agreed scope and quality standards.
-Provide weekly and monthly project status updates.
-Prepare dashboards reports and steering committee decks.
-Track project issues and risks; drive mitigation activities with internal teams and client stakeholders.
-Track effort and EstimatetoComplete (ETC).
-Monitor project financials via EMonitoring and support invoicing with PMO/Finance.
-Identify and prepare change requests (scope project plan timelines).
Job Requirements:
-9 years of proven experience in project or engagement management.
-Strong clientfacing and stakeholder management skills.
-Solid understanding of project lifecycle and delivery governance.
-Ability to manage risks issues and project constraints effectively.
-Strong analytical and qualitycontrol mindset.
-Excellent communication and reporting skills.
-Ability to work with crossfunctional teams including PMO and Finance.
-Experience in financial tracking ETC estimation and billing support.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
