Recruiting Consultant
Location: Mentor OH
We are seeking an experienced or entry-level Recruiting Consultant to join our Mentor team. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact local businesses and professionals by connecting talent with opportunity.
The ideal candidate is resourceful self-managed and comfortable operating in a high-performance fast-paced environment. You will be empowered to think strategically act decisively and build strong partnerships.
This is not a transactional recruiting addition to managing the full hiring lifecycle you will serve as a strategic partner to clients offering insight market feedback and workforce solutions. If you are detail-oriented driven by results and energized by juggling multiple priorities we want to speak with you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interviewing assessment and offer negotiation
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
Assess applicants against job requirements and organizational fit
Guide candidates through a seamless and professional interview experience
Partner with hiring managers to evaluate recruiting outcomes and refine strategy
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Build partnerships with community organizations trade programs and educational institutions; participate in career fairs and on-site hiring events
Proactively source and cold call experienced professionals
Support special hiring initiatives hiring events and recruiting campaigns as needed
