Now Hiring Injection Molding Experience Preferred

We are seeking a skilled Mold Set-Up / Process Technician to support injection molding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on second shift opportunity for someone experienced in mold changes machine setup and process adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and tear down injection molds and related equipment
Start up production runs and adjust machine parameters as needed
Perform first-piece inspections and monitor part quality
Make process adjustments to maintain production standards
Complete production logs and setup documentation
Inspect clean and report mold condition after each run

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Injection molding setup or process experience strongly preferred
Ability to read technical prints and follow written work instructions
Experience using measuring tools and basic process controls
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Solid math skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing bending and lifting up to 25 lbs
Must follow all safety requirements (PPE required in production areas)
