Our Position

Are you passionate about technology customer engagement and shaping the next generation of sustainable solutions We are looking for a Sales Engineer who enjoys being close to the market spotting emerging trends and turning customer needs into innovative products.

You will work closely with customers R&D and business development across EMEA spending significant time in the field. Your role is to understand customer needs provide technical support and contribute to product customization and development in markets such as architectural glass domestic appliances renewable energy and advanced materials.

The position is based at our Nitto France office in Villepinte (Paris area).


Your main focus will be:

  • Getting a good insight of the market trend customers need demand or question.
  • Provide technical support and advice (internal and external) on products applications and innovative solutions through different channels (client visits presentation mail phone ).
  • Developing external networking and managing projects.
  • Designing and prototyping of client applications also in support with other colleagues. This can be done based on client request or when spotting new market opportunities.
  • Correct registration and management of technical documentation client data in systems and databases.
  • Building and maintaining good client and supplier contacts in close collaboration with sales & marketing.

Your Profile

  • Masters degreeinEngineering(Material Industrial Mechanical)or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical product/process development
  • Market knowledge/experience inarchitectural glass preferred domestic appliances metalprocessing renewableenergy functionalcoatingsor equivalent
  • A good knowledge of the English and French language isa must. If you also have knowledge of the Japaneseor Germanlanguage this would be a bonus
  • You havestrong communicationskills (internal and external) and combine these with your technicalexpertise
  • You find energy out of technical sales and you are creative & proactive
  • Integrity & diversity are part of your corevaluesand you have good intercultural communication skills
  • You are flexible and are open minded. Travelling will be up to 50% of your time (also outside of France)
  • Preferably you live in the area of Paris
