Manager Programmatic Buying Unit (PBU) is responsible for leading developing and overseeing a team of programmatic executives and specialists. This role ensures the delivery of best-in-class programmatic media buying and campaign execution across assigned client portfolios specifically covering campaigns on platforms such as DV360 Google Ads YouTube and The Trade Desk. Manager PBU also directly contributes to campaign execution and optimization as a senior expert driving strong campaign performance through strategic oversight hands-on optimization and rigorous KPI delivery while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for programmatic services especially for campaigns on DV360 Google Ads YouTube and The Trade Desk.
- Take a hands-on role in the setup optimization and troubleshooting of campaigns serving as the ultimate technical expert for the team.
- Partner with the Campaign Delivery Team to review client requirements and develop best practices.
- Identify and implement tools and process improvements including automation to enhance team efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights of campaign reports to inform optimizations and future campaign strategies.
- Coach and mentor team members fostering growth through constructive feedback and demonstrating best practices.
- Cultivate strong relationships with publishers and vendors staying current on new product developments and ad technology.
Skills And Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Programmatic and Digital Marketing preferably within media agencies with proven experience managing and executing campaigns across platforms including DV360 Google Ads (Search & YouTube) and The Trade Desk.
- Platform Certifications across major DSP platforms (e.g. DV360 The Trade Desk Google Ads) are highly desirable.
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
- Able to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate guide and develop a team set clear objectives and contribute to problem-solving.
- Strong technical proficiency and hands-on execution skills in programmatic platforms to effectively lead and support the team.
- Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
