Product Industrialization Engineer (all genders)
In this role you will drive the introduction industrialization and continuous improvement of CAD accessories within Hospital Patient Monitoring. You will lead supplierfocused programs ensure product quality and compliance and support design changes that help Philips deliver safe highquality solutions for patients worldwide.
Your role
Prioritizing and addressing any safetyrelated issues across your products and processes.
Improving team execution of Regulation and QMS compliance through 100% training adherence and continuous monitoring of product quality.
Actively identifying investigating and resolving issues impacting customers (including DOA and DEFOA) ensuring ontime shipments and reliable performance.
Driving continuous improvement with a LEAN mindset simplifying processes enhancing manufacturing efficiency and improving communication flows.
Monitoring yield and supplier quality performance to reduce cost of nonqualityboth in material and operational execution.
Partnering with suppliers commodity managers and procurement engineering to strengthen OEM or contract manufacturer quality ensuring robust SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) closure and documented improvements.
Proactively engaging with the business cells operational excellence initiatives business objectives and NPI projects.
Supporting and participating in costsaving activities including BOM cost savings and productivity improvements across business processes.
You should bring the following:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering (or related technical discipline).
5 years of experience in engineering new product introduction or an equivalent function.
Medical device industry experience is required.
Ability to independently lead project activities drive efficiency and facilitate design quality reviews.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to consult stakeholders challenge existing processes and advocate for the user.
Fluent English and German language skills.
