Criar materiais educacionais inovadores e envolventes para treinamento de vendas.
Traduza informações complexas em conteúdo acessível garantindo uma compreensão eficaz.
Projetar e desenvolver estratégias de ensino que promovam a participação ativa e a retenção de conhecimento.
Integre práticas de design instrucional para otimizar a eficácia do treinamento.
Desenvolva simulações realistas estudos de caso envolventes e exercícios prá ferramentas e tecnologias modernas para criar materiais interativos e atraentes.
Trabalhe em estreita colaboração com as equipes de vendas e outras partes interessadas para entender as necessidades específicas de treinamento.
Você é a pessoa certa se:
Experiência comprovada na criação de treinamentos de vendas e materiais educacionais.
Proficiência em ferramentas de design instrucional e tecnologias educacionais. Atuação com Photoshop Adobe Ilustrator ferramentas de ilustração (audio vido foto)
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita. Capacidade de apresentar informações de forma clara e envolvente.
Capacidade de colaborar de forma eficaz com membros da equipe e partes interessadas.
Mentalidade inovadora e capacidade de pensar criativamente na abordagem do design instrucional.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
