Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Commercial Support
Act as the finance business partner to Regional Sales Marketing and Country Heads.
Provide financial insight to inform commercial strategies and decisions.
Support pricing strategy product mix evaluation and margin optimization.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead Annual Budgeting and Rolling Forecasts for APAC markets.
Monitor and analyze performance versus plan (revenue cost profitability).
Develop models to support scenario planning and business cases.
Decision Support & Strategic Initiatives
Create financial models for new market entry product launches and commercial investments.
Support business strategy with datadriven recommendations.
Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives that drive value.
Performance Reporting & Dashboarding
Prepare management reporting and dashboards for APAC leadership.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare variance analysis.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work with Accounting Operations and Country Finance teams.
Ensure alignment between commercial plans and financial forecasts.
Qualifications:
8 years experience in finance preferably in Commercial Finance FP&A or Business Partnering.
Strong experience in a regional role (APAC) or multinational organization.
Excellent financial modelling forecasting and analytical skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity and decision support in fastpaced environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with SAP.
