About the Role

Loop is building an AI ops team that will own key automation and intelligence systems as Loop builds and scales them across its customer base. We are disrupting traditional operations with AI powered workflows that create 100X leverage for users turning operators into analysts.

Responsibilities include close partnership with engineering and product teams internal roll-out of new systems and products and driving adoption across Loops user base.

This role requires a deep understanding of our systems and their users (internal and external) the ability to translate complex technical work to everyday users and ruthless problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate Loops ability to deliver net new product surface for global brands by deeply understanding and learning how we drive customer outcomes
• Embed with customer product and operations teams at some of the largest companies in the world to deliver increased customer value
• Partner with AI engineers to deploy systems and products that automate workflows reduce manual work and delight customers and users
• Demonstrate a deeply substantive execution skill set knowledge of Loops product offering and how it solves our customers pain points
• Build and maintain relationships with internal customer-facing stakeholders ensuring that Loop is focused on delivering value for them.

About You

• You have a college degree with a quantitative background in analytics finance or economics or STEM similar
• You balance an eagerness to learn with the ability to execute and enjoy solving tough problems
• You have 1 years of work experience in technology data analysis or other technical and quantitative fields
• Youre a team player and excited about the opportunity to be an early employee at a fast-paced fast-growing company
• This is an in person role based in Chicago New York or San Francisco with the expectation to be in the office
• Bonus points if you have advanced excel skills and SQL Python or other programming skills or experience vibe coding/building automations
